Brightpartners matches a Mentees with a Mentor from a different company or organization, avoiding any conflict of commercial interest and keeping in mind the background, experience and individual personality.

The focus of Brightpartners will be on a balanced and conscientious approach to match a mentee and a mentor thereby ensuring an optimum outcome.

The Mentor and Mentee agree on the number and duration of meetings. However, as a guideline: the mentoring pair meets every two to three months, and each conversation lasts approximately an hour and a half. 

Any effective mentoring relationship is, at its heart, of course, - a relationship – and our experience is that as the relationship develops, the mentoring pair finds its own, appropriate level of contact. Its success lies in the insight, awareness and skill of the Mentor, and the Mentee’s willingness to learn from a senior business leader.

Brightpartners maintains close contact with both the Mentor and Mentee throughout the mentoring relationship. Their discussions are, of course, fully confidential but we review themes, progress, and the overall direction of learning with the participants.
